"I, the undersigned as a credentialed educator in the State of California, in accordance with current California Statute and California Department of Education policies and procedures am hereby expressing my support for the formation of the Mercury Academy – Bay Area at Knightsen Independent Study Charter School. I further acknowledge awareness of the pending Independent Charter School petition and generally understand how the school will function to support successful academic achievement gains for its enrolled students."
