We are writing on behalf of our Mast community to express our unwavering support for a Senior Mast Student. Those who know her can attest to her kindness, dedication, and the positive influence on everyone around her. She has always been a source of encouragement, advocacy
It is deeply unfortunate that a private Snapchat post, made in a moment of distress over a hard-earned grade, has resulted in this situation. This isolated incident does not reflect her true character. She has consistently upheld strong moral values and has shown great responsibility in her actions. We firmly believe that this matter is a misunderstanding rather than a true reflection of who she is as a person.
We respectfully urge you to consider this girl’s character, her contributions to the community, and the circumstances surrounding this incident with fairness and compassion. This could happen to any student under stress, and we hope that an understanding approach can be taken. If there is an opportunity for a just resolution, we are eager to collaborate and support this studen in any way necessary.

IT IS CLEAR THAT HER KINDNESS HAS TOUCHED SO MANY LIVES AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY BEHIND THE SCENES TO ENSURE HER TRUE CHARACTER IS RECOGNIZED BY THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION RIGHT NOW!!

I understand the concern about the comment she wrote, but before putting her in jail, they must first verify it, talk to her parents, school, close friends and first identify if she really is a threat or not, because they could be committing an injustice like what is happening in this case.
Judge: Please consider the circumstances of this text. A high school senior girl venting with her closest friends. A lesson has been learned by the entire school community concerning “choice of words” and the lack of privacy on social media even in private groups.
Kindness and forgiveness are pillars of society and greatly contribute towards the education of our children. This young lady deserves a second chance and a clean slate of her record. She has suffered and been punished enough. Please show compassion and love. Thank you.
My daughter is friends with Andrea and everything I have heard from her is how smart and caring Andrea is. I truly believe that what was said on a private chat was never intended to be a threat but was more of an exaggerated comment made in a moment of frustration.
This is an abomination of criminal law. Please dismiss the charges. This was clearly not a CREDIBLE THREAT! Look at the context and circumstances here. It’s actually criminal that the “Justice system” is ruining an innocent young girl’s life. Use your brains! Think! This is so wrong.
She is a very nice girl! Very good student!
Please review the case. She is young and did not measure the relevance of her words.
