We, the undersigned are parents and community members, that believe that the attached charter merits consideration and hereby petition Hayward Unified School District to grant approval of the charter pursuant to Education Code Section 47605 to enable the creation of KEY Academy.
The petitioners authorize the Lead Petitioner, Krista Kastriotis, to make or negotiate amendments to the attached charter as necessary to secure approval by the Hayward Unified School District Board of Education.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
