The court reviewed the information and decided to drop the most severe charges against Kevin. I am overwhelmed with relief that my son will have a chance to move forward with his life. Thank you for standing by our family through this nightmare.

I have been reading every single comment left on this page and your words provide a strength I struggle to find on my own. My days are consumed with preparing documents for the legal team because I refuse to stop fighting for my son's future. The process is exhausting but knowing I have your backing gives me the resolve to keep going.

If this young man is convicted, then her parents should be charged with Human Trafficking of a Minor since they were aware of, consented to, encouraged and enabled the relationship for a year!
My heart breaks for you guys. I pray these charges get reconsidered. Yes he has made mistakes we all do, were human. But he doesn't deserve to be put away for a long time . Fight Candy with every last breathe you have in ya and make sure justice is served in the right manor. Nobody is asking the law to drop all the charges but there's a few he surely isn't guilty of .
They were going together for a year or more.both families knew about it.was ok with it having them dropped of to each others house..its unreal for it to go to court and ruin lives like its going to do .my opinion based on what I read not what I knows.i only read about one side off the story...i hope all truth comes out and the right thing is done..good luck to all
Knew this young man since the day he has been born. He was always a kid and very polit, smart and respectable. It's so wrong what is happening to him and he so does not deserve to be punished to the extent of these charges.
I worked with Kevin a few years back and he's a awesome young fellow. A really hard worker and so easy going. It's a damn shame he has to go through this. Good luck bud
These are ridiculous charges if kevin and his ex didn't breakup he would have never been charged.You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what's going on here..Goodluck kevin..

I have seen first hand that there can be more information unsaid that what is said that can make or break a case. This case hits me right in the pit of my stomach and it tells me something is wrong and needs to be reviewed. I know little about the case but I have witnessed enough in the system to know not to let this drop.
