Test it for a week without the lights on and gauge the traffic/queues over the period.

So often the lights northbound are on green but because the second set are on red traffic is stopped! I am a traveller that uses this roundabout at peak times and this adds an extra 15 minutes onto my journey time. unnecessary. Monday 18th traffic lights were off and there was no build up of traffic.. It flowed freely. Please remove.

Common Sense seems to have been in complete absentia with the setting up of these traffic lights and their sequencing of changes. Remove them.

The lights are a waste of tax payers money for maintenance when they cause more traffic issues than they solve. Also concerns when large tailbacks about access for emergency services

The traffic flow has suffered tremendously since these light were installed. When they weren't working last week, there was no hold ups at all. These lights need removed now.

The lights are a pain. Your light can be green but you cant go because the next light is red and traffic has blocked the lain. Makes travel times very unprecictable. We do nit pay road tax to be sat in a cue

Tailbacks and congestion were never as bad as they are now with the traffic lights in use. They were only supposed to be a temporary measure while the bridge repairs were undertaken to provide safety to the workers, yet they are still in use.
A complete waste of money and dangerous too. Tailbacks from the roundabout all the way back to the Raignore exchange, the entire length of the bridge, or the roundabout by the old college aren't an uncommon site.
Congestion is caused by cars slowing and stopping. Removing the lights would allow better flow and safer driving.
