Have noticed before that traffic flows better when lights are not working which speaks for itself!

I agree the lights should be removed. I feel they slow the flow of traffic and are likely to cause more accidents. I would like to see the stats for accidents before. Just how many accidents since the lights have been installed.

Cant understand why they need lights in the middle of the roundabout all it needs is each junction to go when its their turn, at the moment all it does is cause a snarl up of traffic in the middle of the roundabout.

These lights hold you up now, there was never this problem before. Also when coming off the bridge you could use both lanes but now only one lane filters into the A9! Surely there is something wrong?

Please turn off the traffic lights. I commute daily through them and they are phased so idiotically. I did not suffer any delay when the lights were not working.

After crossing the Kessock Bridge on Monday morning, we had noticed the traffic was moving much more freely without huge tailbacks. The only thing we noticed differently, the traffic lights were not in operation!

Our trucks spend countless wasted hours every week at these lights,we are all supposed to be reducing our carbon footprint,static traffic is not the way forward!

The lights have only caused worse congestion on the Kessock bridge during rush hour and has now caused tailbacks at times of the day there was never any traffic issues. The delay during rush hour has gone from being about 10 mins to about 25 mins since the lights have been in use. They need to be scrapped now.

Waste of time having traffic lights. Let people use a roundabout as they were intended to be used and not forced to stop dangerously mid way round!!!

These lights are a total waste of money, and time. For me the roundabout is far to small for the lights to opperate properly. One set goes to green and you can't move as its gridlocked because the next one is at red. People speed up trying to beat the lights on approach, and suddenly someone tries to change lane as they realise their either in the wrong lane or changing as the other lane is moving quicker, hense people braking hard to slow down. The other joke is how you can't turn right ( heading north) over the bridge from stadium rd, unless your a bus, meaning traffic has to go towards the harbour, to then get back towards the bridge, in totally congested traffic. I've also seen people stay in the left lane coming towards the bridge from the city, as its free flowing, then nip in on the roundabout to jump the queues in the right lane. The amount of people who go in the right lane, heading south, then realise they're stuck in the lane as the traffic is queueing for heading into the city, then try and nip in in front of oncoming moving veichles in the left lane. This could and probably will cause a big accident, or pile up in the future. This is the biggest waste of money Inverness has ever had spent on us.
