I feel that Kent County Council need to hand over Road Repairs and all Highway Related jobs to Local Borough Councils as KCC Highways cannot cope with all of the roads they are in charge of. Cut backs are affecting the state of our Roads. We pay High Council Tax and Car Tax. Now fix the roads that we own.
