I have spent the past several days reaching out to the County Administrator to discuss the implications of removing lifeguard services. While the office has not yet provided a formal response, the lack of communication only underscores the need for continued vigilance regarding our beach safety.

I been going to this beach for 20 years. dont take away the lifeguards its dangerous enough as it is with the riptides.
My kids swim here all summer. This is completely reckless and someone is going to get hurt.
WITHOUT LIFEGUARDS NO ONE IS SAFE. PERIOD.
Budget cuts are one thing but cutting safety for families is just wrong. fix this.
Spend the money elsewhere. My family wont go back if there is nobody watching the water.

Absolute insanity. You cant put a price on human life. Keep our beaches safe!
