Please sign and/or contact the Mayor or your Commissioner to voice your concern over the sale of Lido Park, which, land is owned by Duke Energy. It is commercial property so this means more business/retail could be developed in that area.

Please preserve our neighborhood park! 46th Ave has no capacity for additional commercial traffic. The traffic entering and exiting the side entrance to Publix, the Mobil gas station, the Drunken Clam, and the Sea Turtle restaurant already create a dangerous situation for pedestrians. Please do not approve any further commercial development on this residential avenue.
Green space is more important than storefront right now.

Lovely little park where my daughter enjoys playing on the kids and exercise equipment. We also love feeding the squirrels. Would be so sad to see it go as it’s the only park in the immediate area, which has many homes.
