Houston's Heights neighborhood is a busy, vibrant neighborhood brimming with children. The epicenter of play for many in our neighborhood is Proctor Park, a green space with play facilities and a small community center that provides yearly programs for our community as well us much needed shelter, shade and restrooms. The presence of parks staff increases security for our children while providing a wonderful resource to us all. Please help us keep Proctor Plaza Community Center open to serve our extremely busy neighborhood park!
