Final supporters
Lance Streetman has been told to resign as director of the school effective June 4, 2013. We wish to petition the board to keep Lance. He became director in 2010 and has done an outstanding job and we feel he should remain in his position and not forced to resign. Lance will continue to improve the school and move it forward.
He has set up a team at the MTI that is second to none in the nation. Our welding program is top in the country and there is more access to education not only for apprentice but for Journeymen as well in the history of the school. Lance and his team has achieved this. By removing him you are breaking up the team. MTI will never be the same. We ask that the board reconsider their decision. WE NEED LANCE.

im still waiting to hear back from the board but i want you to know i am working on getting a meeting with them directly. everyone i talk to says the same thing about the progress lance made and they deserve to hear that from us loud and clear.

the momentum we have right now is honestly incredible. it shows the board exactly how much this team and lances leadership really mean to all of us.

He did his job with excellence. Why fix what isnt broken. Bad move board.
Lance turned this place around completely. Removing him now makes zero sense for our future. Keep him on.
