As most of you are aware Dominique and thomas have been enrolled in Cuba rushford Central School for 2 years.When i first enrolled them i was separated from thier dad and was living with my mom.However my mom and i has gotten into an arguement and i was no longer in the district. Mr guildimister advised me that i would have to sign tempoary guardianship over to someone in the district to continue to keep my children thier.I did that. However I moved the kids back to my mothers address because the guardian of my children at the time was unable to be available for my sons I.E.P meetings(special ed).Well apparently over the last few weeks Kim fisher the CSE chair said she had gotten returned mail which sparked guildimister to look and see if i was still living in the area.He called 3 days before easter and said my children could no longer go to school thier for me not being a resident.He says he has video and pictures of me picking the children up at my moms and them being dropped off at 6 am everyday.That is fine i did not take my children from a district that has helped them succeed both acedemical and physically.As of April *they disenrolled my children the school. We went to the board meeting on the 8th and the board said they were not even willing to let my children finish the year seems theier is only seven weeks.We have offered to pay tuition being they have been thier for 2 years and yet they still refuse it.Please help us to re present to the board our case and if we show them we have support just maybe they will let my children stay in the most amazing school system i have ever seen.Bothe the staff and parents of this district are amazing and for the first time ever my autistic son was in a real classroom and now a move is only gonna set him back and force him back to a special room again.Please help us.
