The growth of this petition has reached a level that necessitates immediate action. I am currently preparing the formal briefing document for the parole board to ensure they understand the public opposition to this release.

Are you kidding me?? He wants to get out so he doesnt cost the state money? What about the lives he destroyed in 1990. stay behind bars.
Twenty years is nothing for two murders. Keep him locked up. The victims families deserve justice.
My thoughts are with the families of Charlotte and TL. This person needs to stay in prison forever.
Keep him in. Dangerous person.
Absolutely not. He made his choice to take those lives and now he needs to deal with the consequences. LOCK HIM UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY.

He took two lives. He should stay exactly where he is for the rest of his natural life. No parole.
