We are fighting on behalf of Charlotte Fowler and TL Finley, these two loving people were brutally murdered on April 26, 1990. The murderer that was found guilty and sentenced to two life sentences feels like after 20 years in prison (with no rehab) that he has paid for his crime. He claims to want to be released so that he is not a burden on the state to have to cover his medical expenses. By signing this you are saying you would rather your tax money go towards the treatment of a convicted killers medial treatment rather than have another convicted killer on the streets of our communities.
The growth of this petition has reached a level that necessitates immediate action. I am currently preparing the formal briefing document for the parole board to ensure they understand the public opposition to this release.

He took two lives. He should stay exactly where he is for the rest of his natural life. No parole.

Twenty years is nothing for two murders. Keep him locked up. The victims families deserve justice.

My thoughts are with the families of Charlotte and TL. This person needs to stay in prison forever.

Absolutely not. He made his choice to take those lives and now he needs to deal with the consequences. LOCK HIM UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY.
