We, the undersigned, call upon the Police Authority to retain a city centre police station after Bootle Street closes. We believe that in order to keep our city safe, we need a fully operational police station and that a desk in the new Town Hall Extension is not good enough to be able to respond to crime and disorder issues in our city centre.
