Support River Springs Residents in opposition to Zoning By-Law Amendment 2019-11 'P' and Subdivision Application S19-2829, by urging approving Council Members Parag, Busceti, and Christian to represent the interests and rights of the residents who elected them into office.

Urge these councilors who gave this offensive development 2nd Reading to consider the means provided in the governing planning regulations and existing development agreements to oppose this proposed development by not give it 3rd Reading. Urge them to set a precedent by this application that West St. Paul will continue to grow and will remain Rural.
