Anthony A. Bertei has an extensive criminal history dating back to 1985 prior to his last conviction on 11/24/1993. He was sentenced to 6 years minimum to 25 years maximum for Aggravated Burglary, Rape, Kidnapping and Theft. He is up again for parole in December of 2012. His victim was an adult female. This man has not only reached out to her via prison, he has stated during his trial that his only mistake was taking time to pull up his pants, had he not, he wouldn’t have been convicted because she would have been dead and he would not have been caught. He has repeatedly threaten that once he is paroled and released from prison he will hunt her down and he will kill her. He is unfit to join society and has no remorse for his crimes. We are asking that you please help us petition the courts and the parole board in denying his parole and keeping him behind bars. `

Keep him in jail where he belongs. Someone like that is never gonna change and letting him out is just waiting for another tragedy to happen. Dont let him go.

This guy is a total monster. How can they even consider parole after he flat out said he would kill his victim if he had the chance? Keep him locked up forever.
