In store we feel that it would be of significant value to the business should A201 remain open instead of A435.
Reasons include:
Larger back room for meetings, lunches etc.
More room behind POS counter.
Additional provisioning terminal.
Accessory stock is easily accessible, both customer facing and storage.
Better customer flow/customer experience.
Better airflow/air-conditioning.
Higher ceilings allow all lights to be turned on.
While we understand that there are various other competing considerations, we felt it would be beneficial to share the thoughts of those in front-line positions.

Having worked in A435 for a week i can say the air con is non existent in there. Its so stuffy and miserable for everyone.

This makes way more sense. A201 is better for customers and staff alike.
