Tiffany is fantastic at what she does and is a very valuable asset to our community.

if this happens in our community you will see a lack of compassion. She has this for the animals and people in our community. Anytime that she is a stepped up to help in any situation she has always been fully committed to see it through to the end. She goes above and beyond and takes her job home with her. She puts 110%every single day and on weekends and volunteers for a lot of things in our community that most people don't even realize. You are making the biggest mistake you could make you need to find in your hearts and speak for all the animals and people like me in Muskegon county and keep her on in her position. Not only does this break her heart to know that she may not be there when the community and the animals need her it also breaks all of ours also. There has been a trust in the community since she has come aboard and it would be a devastation and a big blow to Muskegon County if this happens. Maybe the upper staff should ride along with her some time to really real lies and see what she does on her job I don't think people realize how hard she works to keep the peace for everyone. So I can honestly say that I do not have the confidence in the other staff to do to the best of their ability as she does. The problem I have is you have lazy people in that position that don't have the compassion to keep going and will probably be retiring within the next few years you should offer a different job to them and keep the one that gives 110% every day does that really make sense to keep people just because of seniority if that's the caseoffer a different position to those who don't want to be there. Because I know from experience many times that I have not seen that with anyone else in your department. there are several of us in this community that watch see and hear everything we keep an eye out for our neighbors and we have always got the runaround or there's excuses or they treat the animals like they're just a number. I've seen many times where dogs have bee

Eliminating Tiffany's position will only create a need for it to reopen. The job she performs is essential to our community.

Tiffany is a dedicated public servant and advocate for our animals. I would hope that a way can be found to keep her in her position

Tiffany is a huge asset to our community. We only have three AC officers in Muskegon county that work long hours to help keep our family pets safe and to assist our shelters. We need her to stay active as a AC officer.

Huge, huge mistake to lay her off!! Your other two ACOs don't do nearly as much as Tiffany does!! Tif is a extremely positive force for the animals and for the community!!! We need her!!!! Muskegon County will suffer greatly if you do not retain her !!!!!!!!
