Losing Tiffany as our animal control officer is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard in my life. Don't be idiots, Muskegon. Cut the budget somewhere else.

So now 2 officers to cover ALL of Muskegon County. This is a health and safety issue. I have dogs running loose in my neighborhood (just called one in last week) and now by on time an ACO shows up long gone. I guess when someone gets badly bitten they'll think twice about safety.

She is truly the best animal control officer we've had in a long time. Her heart and soul is in her job. She is there to help the animAls and our citizens. Shame on you for cutting her job.

I understand that when faced with the necessity of budget cuts, someone must lose their job. However, to remove Tiffany Peterson would mean we would all lose someone who goes above and beyond her hired role. We need her!
