To ask anyone to split up their family of dogs is like asking people to give away their children. Obviously they must know how to care for their dogs well, or they would not have had them for so long and in such good condition.

This is uncalled for, we visit this property ever year & to see the council involved to separate 2 dogs that are loved dearly is just a tragic

I’ve had 2 dogs be seperated before after growing up together (unfortunately we didn’t get a say on the matter) and it sent my little baby in to a depression for months, always sleeping, rarely eating, not wanting to play or go for walks. He’s got better after a couple months, but it was the hardest thing to watch. We say our pets are family, you would seperate someones children, so don’t do this to their family!

Don't just look at the number of signatures, read the comments from your locals, your community that you work for and are supposed to represent in their best interests Hume Council !! Do not renig on their permit and keep this family together. Whoever has made this decision needs to take a step back and learn some basic human compassion and get their priorities right in promoting good pet ownership !
