The council needs to have compassion and common sense

These dogs deserve to stay with their family they don’t deserve to be separated from a family they love and know.

Comon council. Rescued so you can make exception by granting them rescue/sanctuary status. Have a heart !

Are you bureaucratic morons serious? Why after previously allowing a permit, are you revoking it now? These dogs are not being bred , not being neglected, abused or irresponsibly managed in any way. I have met this family. The dogs are well behaved and are in no way unruly. I hope you are challenged in court over this. The owners have worked within the law to do the right thing and now this? Disgraceful.

Surely laws can be bent to show some compassion.

Would you tell a parent to get rid of a couple of children if they had what you thought was too many. No!! So these dogs are not only family but older and pounds are constantly full of old dogs being let down by humans. Disgraceful.

To the councillors if you were told you couldn't keep your kids how would you feel. You are so heartless and power hungry. Animals are FAMILY

Ignorant councillors are a drain on their community - stupid decisions divide communities not build them. For Gods sake let them keep their dogs.

Disgusting! Why does it matter how many pets someone has as long as they are looked after?? Show some compassion and leave these people alone.

I have never known someone to be so loyal to his dogs. Bruce won't even go on holiday without them. He loves those dogs with ALL his heart and this is hurting him so much. The council needs to show some compassion and keep this family together.

If the dogs aren't causing a nuisance to neighbours and are being well looked after, Council should just take the registration fee and leave them be.

Allow them to be there until they pass on, however no more additional animals . Such a stressful situation for all. Commonsense approach, particularly if they are not causing issues to any one else.

These dogs are obviously loved, fed well and cared for. All their medical, physical and emotional needs are obviously being met. Please allow them to live out their lives where they are very much loved.
