Leave them alone. They are well cared for and happy. Councils should worry more about the basics.

Please there are bigger issues than this? These dogs are a family and are giving to local community - we cannot separate this family - would you do it too yours? Just whom are they harming?

Ridiculous decision!! No empathy or heart . By all means introduce to prospective owners but not long term fur families.

You cannot just simply split up a family of dogs and expect the owners to just dump them, this is absolutely ludicrous. How about you just decide to palm off one of your kids - its the same thing
