They must stay together they are a family. The removed dogs will fret. They are an amazing breed of dogs that need their family around them, especially the older ones.

We have know this family for over 6 years including the dogs which have been so well trained that they are able to attend our church services. I have no problem with these particular dogs or their human parents. Please recognize that the dog parents are now elderly and will not be around all that long and therefore should be allowed to stay as a family unit till such time as they naturally depart this earth.

If they aren't hurting anyone then easily change your laws to accept more then 4 dogs in a home under special circumstances. This would be acceptable.

Why all of a sudden has the rule changed when there has not been a problem before.let them stay together as they are all one family and seperated may mean much distress for all the dogs and the owners. What's worse happy families or unhappy dogs . Please leave them together.
