Does anyone not understand what history means? This PC has gone way overboard! If you take away all the names or places you disagree with then you have wiped out history and then one day it may be your name that is wiped away and no one will know who you were.

I proudly graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1970. I doubt any of the students are offended, I never was. This political correctness is going way overboard. Stop the insanity, keep the name!

From WV and degree's are in history. Stonewall Jackson taught and preached to slaves/blacks before the war. He is a WV native and an icon of history and deserves to be recognized.

I have no idea why the Boarf wants to make the name change. Not being sarcastic, but surely the have other important issues, If they make the name change, people need to stand up saying they need to change George Washington High School and any other school name that is offensive.
