Keep the name! There is no reason to change it. Our nation is what it is because of the civil war. We as a country still continue to learn and grow.

This is ridiculous. It makes no sense to change the name. It is disrespectful to even think about it. What is wrong with the world today? Why is our history being erased? Where does it end??

I graduated from Stonewall in 1968 and see no reason that it should have its name changed after all these years!

As a former student of the class of 1971, I detest the changing of the name. I hope that there are enough people with the common sense to realize that changing the name of a school has nothing to do with civil rights or racism. The school is a part of so many people's life and memories that we can not or should not take that away. People are just being ridiculous.

Good gracious, what is wrong with this country. Stonewall Jackson is a part of our history and a native West Virginian. Think we are going overboard.

I grew up one block from Stonewall and was the last of 6 children in my family to graduate. J. E. Robins and Woodrow Wilson are gone, please do not take Stonewall away, it is the West Side's Stone Wall.

No one gave a second thought about the school's name until liberals began their craziness. Not to mention the costs involved with such action. More important education issues are pressing.

We need to stand up to these polical bullies and not give into the cry babies over this. This has gone too far and now it's here in W. Va.

leave the name the same, my grandfather that died before I was born was one of the builders for the school, either way next week something else will come around that people will say offends them, do we not have a right to say anything anymore, what if we protest every thing that we don't like then the world would be in a battle everyday, people back off
Went to High school there. Proud of the name.
