I was very excited to live in the Fuse condo building knowing that a 24 hour METRO would be below me as I work off hours and being able to do my groceries when I get home at midnight or later was a big attracter. I am very angry that I will not be getting the grocer that I was promised. I still would have bought in the building but chances are I'll be going to the 24 hour Sobeys no too far away.

This was a clear bait and switch. There are plenty of affordable options in the area there is no need to downgrade this location to a food basics so that demographic is not affected by a Metro coming in. It was advertised as a Metro and it should be a Metro. This neighbourhood is growing and deserves this selection upgrade.

It would be interesting to get an independent, third party assessment of what impact this "bait and switch" tactic might have on the property values in the area (particularly for this who purchased property in the FUSE developments).

The people that will occupy the up and coming rental properties north of Dupont, will greatly appreciate an affordable shopping experience.

In other news, Neudorfer Corporation is proposing a 1062 unit three tower rental development right next to Fuse condos. They have your money and clearly not interested in maintaining your property values.

I live across the street. There's already way too many discount super markets in the area. The area will still stay crack head central if u don't try and build it up.
