I sometimes wonder what makes people tick. How could anyone find the need to complain about a piece of art work that adds colour to the area. Also the children love it. Whoever complained just needs to get a life.

The artwork on the wall of K&S' building is an amazing testament to how vibrant our small town can be, and it's frankly ridiculous that it has been referred to as an advertisement - by only looking I have absolutely no idea who has created it, or what they would be advertising! There are better things to be bothering with than this, which is absolutely harmless and as far as I have seen brings people nothing but smiles. Furthermore, it is completely appropriately placed as it's on the side of a childcare building, where children are encouraged to play, imagine and create together - an ideal to which this mural is a resounding affirmation.
Please don't take away such a beautiful piece of artwork, it would be a tragedy to discourage the creativity and enthusiasm these kind of projects generate in our town.

Once again the council concentrating on the small unimportant things rather than the pressing issues! We love the Koalas and they should stay, they are an awesome piece of ART!!

One complaint and it becomes an issue! Really...... The Koala is a fantastic piece of art enjoyed by 99.9% of the community. For that 1% I suggest they move or look the other way ridiculous.

This piece of artwork lifts my heart whenever I walk or drive past . It is a great improvement to what is just an ordinary house on an ordinary street. The koala makes it unique and very special .

Keep the koala, everyone except one person has a problem with this. It brightens up a dull wall, there is no advertising and the kids love it.

My grandparents live on athenstan road and we can see the lovely artwork from the window. I feel it brings lots of cheer and strikes up lots of positive conversations when I visit them! KEEP THE ARTWORK!! It's fab x

The koala must stay. Surely it must be positively inspiring for young children to be looking at. I think it is point of interest for locals and tourists alike. Shame on you WC for considering this to be advertising. It maybe signed by the artist, but what piece of art does not bear a signature? I do not see a brand name or contact details. Do the right thing and stop this stupidity.

Save the Koala!
The best street art I've seen for a long time.
I pass it every morning on the way to work and it makes me smile every day.
This brings so much joy to so many children and adults.
