I see this every time I leavemy house.... It always makes me smile. It's on the side of children's nursery, it's harmless and is def not advertising anything! What mind set do some people have to complain about something as fun and harmless as this!!!

You know its not an advertisement by sheer definition. It's a koala so unless the artist is knocking black market marsupials out the back door how does it fall within the realms of advertising? Just be honest about it and tell the creator you don't like it instead of faffing about with your juvenile justification. It's embarrassing to watch... Overly more so than the giant pouched mammal clinging to wuthering gable hights of Wiltshire.
If the lad wants to paint the lifes works of kermit the frog on his house so be it! Shouldn't the council be paying more attention on its failed ofsted reports instead? #justsayin

I absolutely love this piece of ARTWORK! Both my daughter and I love walking past it and we stop for a while to take in this incredible piece of art. To call it advertisement is ridiculous! For a start the definition of advertisement is: "a notice or announcement in a public medium promoting a product, service, or event or publicizing a job vacancy."
Now, from what I can gather from the numerous precious minutes spent admiring this artwork I can confirm to you that there are no names or contact information on this piece of beauty what so ever! And in all fairness if it hadn't of been in the paper I wouldn't have known who did it so it's hardly advertising the company is it? And to call this piece of work advertisement is like saying "nope sorry we must get rid of all banksys work because he's advertising himself without permission." You wouldn't do that for them so why do one rule for one and another for someone well known?
In my eyes it's making what would have been a very dull grey wall into something both people young and old can admire and enjoy! It's on the side of a children's playgroup! It's meant to be a joyful experience and having that on the outside makes it a cheerful, relaxing place to be.

I live a stone's throw away from this house and love this art work. I walk my grand daughter past it daily and we talk about it.
Personally I would love to see more artwork around the town

I live in Malmesbury and often drop my son at school or the activity centre. We use the Koala House as a drop off point. It is an awesome piece of art and lifts a very drab area. I would be very upset if it were removed.

The Koala artwork is fantastic!
I live in the street below it and I can see it at the top of my garden! I really enjoyed watching it appear over the week on K&S's walls! When I drive up the hill from work it ALWAYS makes me smile! Such a wonderful piece of original artwork.
And it would be dreadful to have it disappear!!!

I am slightly confused about how this artwork can be classified as an advert. Both myself and my little boy enjoy looking at it on our way to and from preschool. It is helping him to understand and engage in the art world. He has never been very interested in drawing but he wanted to paint pictures of animals since seeing this. It would be a great loss to the town if K&S Childcare were forced to remove it.
