Over the past 18 months there has been an increase of anti social behaviour from a minority of youths hanging around Stratford High Street, The Mall between 6pm and 1am every evening. Reports have been made of these youths selling drugs and involved in two assaults the most recent on Friday 8th October when someone suffered a fractured skull. They hang around by McDonalds, Coral and Santander shops but despite complaints into the police and Newham council its seems these concerns are not being taken seriously.

The primary goal is to raise awareness to local MP's, Newham Mayor with a clear objective to formulate a short term task force involving plain clothes police officers to resolve this issue. When uniform police arrive they simply disappear going in different directions.
