I can't believe they want to close it down. One always has to wait to get an appointment! The waiting area is always full.

We are a very large community comprised of a lot of seniors...we have no transportation to take people out of the area and this office is crucial to many of us...please reopen this office and give this town the service it needs

Please keep this office open for the people that live in this area instead of opening one that is 6 miles from another in Mesa

The Mesa or Gilbert office should be closed. Apache Junction needs the Social Security Office because of the number of elderly people that reside in the surrounding areas.

We’re a retirement community with more elderly than Gilbert. We really need to keep this office in Apache Junction.

This would be a bad and foolish move. The social security administration obviously is not considering the very people they should be serving.

Too many poor elderly here in town. They may not have the means to get 20 miles away.

It's sad that they want to close it when there's so many people out here that can that needs it and can't afford to drive 20 miles to get to an office bad enough we got to go all the way to Phoenix just to get a Social Security card please don't close this site down too many people count on it

I love that it is in AJ. My Husband is on Oxygen . So it helps that we can get there soon and if we need to can run home . The service is fast and no back up waiting . The staff is very helpful. I would loveto see it stay there. And reopen soon . Thank You for letting us know

PLEASE keep the Social Security office in Apache Junction! It is vital to our community and it would be a hardship if it were to move to a location so close to another existing office! Thanks!
