It is a crying shame that IRFU can insist on a move when this man has moved his young family thousands of miles and now that they are settled they must move again. CHANGE THE RULES!

Seriously IRFU let’s get real and trying being a bit creative, if you really want to develop the next generation of international scrumhalves for Ireland then why not let the acknowledged world-class scrumhalf that is Ruan Pienaar continue to play at Ulster and offer him a part-time role as a specialist scrumhalf coach for Ireland. I’m sure he’d jump at the chance as should we - SUFTUM

IRFU will face being ruaned - no doubt ! Ruan is now a true Ulsterman you saw his response when scoring his try last night. Homegrown talent has and should continue to benefit from this incredible player and role model!
