THE IRFU MIGHT BE SILENT BUT THE PASSION FROM THE STANDS IS ABSOLUTELY DEAFENING!! I AM CURRENTLY REACHING OUT TO LOCAL JOURNALISTS TO MAKE SURE THE DISRESPECT SHOWN TO RUAN IS EXPOSED TO EVERYONE!!

Get a grip IRFU - Ruan Pienaar is so committed to Ulster Rugby that he gave up the opportunity of a much more lucrative position with Toulon. He also loves our Province and is well settled here. IRFU -.do the decent thing and let him stay. That's what Ulster Rugby fans want - end of!
I was at an ulster summer camp and somebody from ulster came to talk to us and told us the ulster players didn't know what it was like to practice until Ruan came to Ulster and do you want to take that opportunity from the new players coming through???!!!
Ruan and his family have made a life for themselves in Ulster. It is shameful that due to some suit in charge of random regulations that he is not being allowed to see out the end of his playing career where he is happy and settled.
If the IRFU are so set on provinces bringing on young Irish talent in every position especially scrum half why did they give permission to Leinster to sign a Kiwi scrum half this year we not only need but deserve equality.
Ruan Pienaar is truly an Ulsterman, so why should he be forced to leave the club which he wants to remain at just to let some academy player who will have little to no experience in the senior game come through? Surely Pienaar should have been allowed to stay to mentor the future scrum halves!
surely the IRFU must ensure players of Ruan Pienaar's caliber are allowed to remain, to play both with and against, in the Pro12. If we are ever to consistantly compete at the same level as the southern hemisphere countries.........WISE UP IRFU

If Ulster had an upcoming No9 yes he may hold them back a bit but we don't have one. Ruan brings the best out of the whole back line so the development of our upcoming backs is going to suffer. Ruan controls games and enables Ulster to get the best out of the rest of the backs.
