The students of the LDCSB pledge to exceed the code of behaviour expected of a Catholic high school student at the 2012 Red Feather Game. This is an important event where students come together to show school spirit and support for the great causes of the United Way. Last year thousands of students attended the game and we raised thousands of dollars for charity. The Red Feather game is a tradition that has been going on for decades, and it would be a shame to see it go. Please do not punish all of us for something we haven't done.

I have been staring at my inbox trying to figure out how to explain the importance of this game to the administration because honestly it feels like they are missing the entire point of the fundraiser. It is frustrating when people assume the worst about us when we are just trying to keep a long standing tradition alive for the community.
