We should keep the assigned parking spots based of seniority for any employee that works 3 or more days a week from the office. The only exception would be for manager level or higher positions that can be assigned a spot on the basis of their title and a benefit to their job.
Robert, be aware that there are people in the Columbus office with invisible disabilities that would have trouble with the hill. I'm one of them. Having said that, I am more than happy to give my space to someone else on the days I won't be in the office...a sort-of shared space arrangement, if you will.

Making the parking lot first come first serve is a slap in the face to everyone who has put their time in here to earn their spot. Having to walk up the hill is not too much to ask for anyone who doesn't have a physical disability which would make the act an undue burden. To the best of my knowledge there are no employees in the Columbus office who would fit that description.
