I don't know if it's the same for everyone but at 336 we always end up having the best duty managers taken away from us and moved to another store, we've already lost two of the best we've had and we have less than a week to try and keep Mark Tungate, before he gets moved! It's not fair that we have a great mananager & have great relationships with them then they go!!! Please sign!
The corporate suits at head office are finally noticing the heat we are turning up on them. They think they can just shuffle our best managers like chess pieces but our persistence is proving them wrong.

Mark has to stay - he is a really caring human being who always makes a point of saying hello and asking us how we are and is genuinely interested.

Why should someone make the best duty managers that want to work in Tavistock work in a different store it's just pathetic!

People expect us to confine in our duty managers and be able to speak freely, but not going to lie, im not going to talk about things to someone i barely know, manager or not. The ones we have are fabulous and lovely!

Best manager in the store by far, extremely friendly always there to help when needed and he always has a smile on his face, lovely man shouldn't be moved he's been a credit to the store
