Busco Beach and ATV Park needs your support. As many of you may know, we have been working with the City of Goldsboro to get our park rezoned so that we can make additions and improvements that are in compliance with local zoning requirements. Throughout this process, which is not yet complete, the City of Goldsboro has mandated that we enforce a riding curfew for our guests. This change will end our tradition of 24 hour riding which so many of our guests enjoy. Busco does not consider the restriction of riding hours to be an improvement to the park and we would like to give our friends and guests the opportunity to voice your opinion. Changes such as this can have a far-reaching effect on the community as a whole, from local business owners to the industry and tourism departments of our city. Whether you are a loyal guest or a business owner, WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU!

The city of Goldsboro, NC, needs to hear from you!

We have officially crossed the one thousand signature threshold. This data will now be compiled for our upcoming meeting with the City Council to demonstrate the scale of the park community. My team is currently finalizing the formal brief that presents our case against the proposed curfew.

Restrictions placed at Busco Beach are ridiculous. I believe the City should focus more on reducing crime and improving the education system in Goldsboro then a place of recreation. I feel much safer at Busco Beach at midnight then I do in Goldsboro City Limits! Shame on you!

Most people that ride there have limited time and travel from far away. So they might show up late at night. As much money as I've spent (at hotels, restaurants) there, you'd think they'd rather make the place more convenient and want it to be bigger.

I'm from va and love having a maintained park to enjoy. Night time riding is my favorite.maybe shut the drag strip down at night but not trails .our bikes aren't allowed on the streets so to enjoy the sport of atv riding we need Busco Beach!!

The main appeal of this particular ATV park is (was) the lack of restriction on riding hours. My family/friends and I would travel 3 hours, passing another ATV park on our route, to visit Busco Beach specifically because of its 24 hour riding.

My family has been coming to busco for years. Night riding is the high light for my children. At night it is also a great time to see the wildlife that is scared away during the day light hours. Why take away the adventure???

Keep it 24/7 . I go all the time with family and friends and have a ball . It's a very nice place to ride . I buy all my gas food etc. in Goldsboro and if this doesn't change trust me when I say I will nt spend I dime there .

The night riding was one of the best parts of Busco Beach, While I don't think it will keep me away(NC local) It might keep some out of staters from visiting & bringing in revenue! Lets get the night riding back!
