I have submitted a formal request for a meeting with the city zoning department to discuss the specific code compliance issues they raised. We are currently preparing a detailed site survey to refute the claims that the expansion violates local property regulations.

This place is the best shop in Kanawha City. The staff is always super helpful and the new space looks great. Stop trying to ruin a good local business.
There’s no reason why they shouldn’t be allowed to have their expansion. They are far enough from a school zone if that is the concern of the public
I'm from Georgia and I've been up here for a couple years now. But even though I am over 400 miles away from my closest relative, I genuinely believe that these people at Mr. Smoke is family. Josie, Maddie, joshlin, Joe, Micheal, Andrew, Brent, and the rest of them has donnothing short of making me feel like I'm family. They are all very good and hard workers. And if any company I've ever dealt with deserves expansion, it is Mr. Smoke. I hope what I have said can/will help determine the proper steps needed to ensure that an amazing business like Mr. Smoke can thrive. Thank you

Every business in West Virginia should have the ability to stay open. Whether they add a partition or not. We should support any business that expands always and it's a disgrace that such a nice company that employs people and is extremely clean. Aunt goes above and beyond for every customer. Would have to deal with this.
