Jack Minassian, our beloved Webster Site Coordinator, is more than just a name to the residents of Pasadena, CA. He is someone who over the past decade has nurtured and cultivated the community with his dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to both our children and their families. This petition started from a place of personal experience but quickly drew the attention of those who, like us, believe in the power of continuity. In Mr. Minassian's capable hands, our program has become a family-oriented unit and without him, many of us do not feel comfortable letting our children continue here.

His work has had an expansive and deep impact. His devotion to our community has shaped relationships that span generations. It is not just about the program he supervises - it is about the peers, the families, and the stronger community bonds he has helped to form during his tenure. Our request is simple and heartfelt - we do not want to lose Mr. Jack Minassian to another site.

We ask you to consider what we are losing, the fabric of our community that would be ripped apart with this transfer. We urge those in power to reconsider this decision and keep Jack Minassian as our Webster Site Coordinator.
