This innocent little boy has until Friday (March 23rd 2012)then he'll be headed to Mexico. I know it's a long shot but if we make enough noise we might be able to buy him some much needed time. HELP SPREAD THE WORD! We would like to know how a citizen of Mexico who doesn't speak English can win a custody case from an American soldier for a child she hasn't raised since infancy. This soldier stepped up and has been raising his son under a custody agreement since divorcing this woman and as soon as he gets orders from the Army to PCS to Germany she requests to have the little boys passport put on hold so he can't go. The child was born in the US doesn't speak any Spanish and at 5yrs old a judge says he has one week to get his stuff and move to Mexico to be with a mother he hasn't even seen since he was a toddler. They are pulling him out of Kindergarten away from his school, friends, family and everything he has ever known. With all of the drugs and violence in Mexico it is unimaginable that any judge in their right mind would send a child much less an American child into that mess for the safety and well being of the child. HELP KEEP THIS CHILD IN AMERICA! We need your signatures, to help motivate our Senators, to help Lil Ortega stay with his family.
