Final supporters
It transpires that during her parental leave she was informed of the decision that her son, Harlem, would not be allowed to attend the ELC on a long term basis. This decision has very sadly made Janet tender her resignation.
We put it to the YMCA management that the centre will not be the same without Janet and we want her back, as well as her son Harlem.
Please sign this petition, it will be handed to the YMCA management as we ask them to reconsider this decision.

Janet is an outstanding manager and awesome with the children, I have no doubt that having her son at the centre will make no difference to her ‘performance’ as a teacher.

Janet is the essence of the relaxed, nurturing atmosphere of the centre, please let her stay
Janet is an excellent teacher and our children think she is amazing. That is the best compliment a teacher can receive
Janet is amazing. My daughter loves her and her son. Ymca elc is not the same without her and her son!
We would love Janet to be able to stay at YMCA Manager. She is an organised, friendly Manager, approachable and professional and great with the children. She will be a major loss to the centre.

Janet is a wonderful asset to the YMCA and I firmly believe it would be in the center's best interest to keep her as Manager. Our 2 children have hugely benefited from her leadership and positivity and it would be a shame to deny others that experience.
