I do not consent to any company Fracking . It is my wish that any company, or individual, who has been given, or assumes that they have permission, to proceed with this process, be given notice in clear language that such permission is rescinded. It is my intention to bring charges against any person living or dead who continues with any aspect of this process under the, 'Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act'.

The Constitution is a contract between the management (Government) and employees (citizens) of the company known as the Republic Of Ireland. That document recognises and guarantees to uphold the inalienable rights of any MAN living in this Island and accepts that all authority comes from God to Man and from Man to Government (by way of CONSENT TO ACT IN THE COMMON GOOD.) When Man retains the Authority and does not authorise Government to act (by way of withdrawing consent) then the Government cannot lawfully continue to act even if they claim it is in the common good. When Man withdraws consent, Man does so as the creator of government . When Man issues instructions to Government (by way of a NOTICE - it is my wish that any company, or individual, who has been given, or assumes that they have permission, to proceed with the fracking/hydraulic fracturing process, be given notice in clear language, that such permission is rescinded, man does so as the Creator of Government.

I never imagined the momentum would build this fast even though I knew the feeling was widespread (it feels like the whole country is finally waking up to the reality of this contract). Everything is shifting because people are actually withdrawing their consent now and that is the only way we keep our land from being torn apart.
