Emrys has been extremely warm, helpful and kind since I’ve arrived at Fit Republik. I understand it’s likely a business decision but if there was some flexibility in your decision making I’d highly recommended reconsidering Emry’s position at Fit Republik. I believe he adds more value than he takes. Thank you for your consideration

He is one of the few inspiring figures to show that corssfit is for every age and he is the one we tryst when it comes to gymnasticsguidance. I hope there is a way to find a person who creates a true value like him a setup to get him back again

I’m writing to express my strong support for keeping Coach Emrys as a gymnastics coach at FIT Republik — and to request that he also be made available at Studio Republik.
I attended his muscle-up workshop, and it left an excellent impression. It was clear, informative, and highly practical — one of the more effective coaching sessions I’ve experienced at FIT or Studio Republik in the past 3 years. Even in just one session, his ability to break down complex movements and offer actionable guidance stood out.
I believe many more members at both FIT and Studio Republik would benefit from his coaching. His presence would add significant value to the gymnastics and CrossFit programming at both locations.
