Coach Emrys is an outstanding coach. It is a great loss to not have him and will lessen the quality of the facility. There’s no one who can replace him

I’m honestly so sorry to hear that you’ve let Coach Emre Yas go. He was one of the best things about FitRepublic — such a good person, always positive, cheerful, helpful, polite, and truly down to earth. It’s rare to find a trainer who brings such energy and kindness to every session. I really hope there’s a chance for him to come back, and I would appreciate knowing the reason behind this decision.

I am a founding member in FT and being part of the Crossfit classes since 2018. I can not express how much did I learned from Emrys and his classes were always the best. His a very good coach and also he is a very good Semifinalist Crossfit Athlete. For me this decision is completely unacceptable and the Aptior crossfit box not just not having good quality and enough gym equipments eg BikeErgs, Sandbags, etc and now the gym let the good coaches go… What is the gym long term plan? Should we all find a better Crossfit gym? There are many in Dubai…

Coach Emrys has been one of the most supportive and selfless people in this community. Whether it was helping with muscle-ups, handstands, or simply encouraging us to keep going, he always gave his time generously — not because he had to, but because he genuinely cared.

Emrys has been one of the best coaches I have learned from in fitRepublik. He’s been there with me since I joined this community and started gymnastics. He motivated me to push on in my fitness and join other parts of what fitRepublik had to offer.

Emrys is a very talented coach - in terms of how he is able to coach complex movements and his vast knowledge. He is patient and extremely supportive and will help anyone who asks. His classes are loved by many. On top of this he is a truely decent person and adds enormous value to the CrossFit community. It is completely the wrong descision to let him go.

There have been decisions FR have made this year that go against the community spirit you say FR embodies but this one is really and truly the most disappointing. How you can let Emyrs go is beyond me. The whole community will suffer from this decision and make a fair few of us reconsider renewing or coming back. The couches make the gym a place we want to go to. Let's be honest it isnt your equipment or facility anymore, you are so far behind other gyms in that respect.

I don’t know the reason for letting Emrys go, but I think this is a huge loss for Fit republik. He is one of the most knowledgeable coaches and always there to help everyone. He always meets the whole Fit Republik COMUNITY with a smile. This is very sad news and seems like a big mistake!
