This petition is for those of you that wish to see Butch remain behind bars for the brutal murder of his common law wife Marcia and his daughter Kristen and step son Brady. I have been spending my nights reviewing the legal arguments the Innocence Project is pushing to get a monster back on the streets. My resolve to keep the memory of Marcia, Kristen, and Brady safe from his reach only grows stronger with every passing hour.

Seeing this kind of support reminds me that I am not fighting this battle alone. The momentum behind this effort gives me the strength to keep pushing until justice for Marcia, Kristen, and Brady is secured.

No words ..just tears. 20 years later and still remember it like it was yesterday.
Keep him in prison!! He should be thankful to be alive after killing 3 innocent people!
This evil man does not deserve to walk free. He’s a murderer. KEEP him in jail.
How can anyone defend a monster like this? My heart breaks for the family everyday. He needs to stay locked up where he belongs.
Justice for Marcia and the kids. Butch is right where he needs to be. Dont let him out.
I testified and am willing to answer more questions, under oath, if need be.

I am Marcia daughter. I will not accept anything less then to see him behind bars for the rest of his life. He has robbed me from being able to have a relationship with my mother.
