This is a valuable service and shouldn't be closed. If it is closed then there will be a knock on effect on other shops and lead to the death of a vibrant community. Not everyone wants or is able to spend all their life online

The bank is much needed at this location for local businesses and residents. Closure will be detrimental to the whole area. Many older, less mobIle residents will have great difficulty accessing other branches.

The NatWest Westcombe Park branch provides a vital banking service to the local community. In particular , the provision of Cashpoints machines are a crucial local financial lifeline.

Because there are so few Nat West branches locally. They are so important for lots of people who want to be able to bank locally.

Many local customers including the elderly and people without access to internet banking will find this closure very inconvenient. They will also miss the over the counter personal experience they have currently.

I've been with Natwest my whole life but now I may change banks as it is very inconvenient to trail over to Lewisham or Woolwich, neither of which I normally visit.

Elderly customers, those unable to drive or without access to internet banking will be extremely disadvantaged should the branch close.

There is no doubt that you will lose customers if you close this branch. My mother, who has banked with you for over 50 years will find it extremely inconvenient to go to Greenwich and as another customer mentioned more closures will mean even more queues and customers will change to another bank.

The branch is not only well used, but an important part of the local community. It is time that banks recognised their role in supporting human and community values and the importance of face to face interactions rather than just commercial greed. I hope the bank will reverse its decision to close the branch. If not, I shall be leaving Natwest after many years as a loyal customer.

This branch has long queues every time I go in there so it must have a great number of customers. So why is it closing.

This branch is essential for so many people, myself included. Moreover, Barclays charge a fee for paying into a Nat West or RBS account so this is another good reason to retain the service.

We endorse other comments: this branch has always been busy whenever I've been and other branches are hard to get to with no parking. Do you really want to lose your customers to Barclays?

There are always long queues in this branch which people are prepared to put up with so this branch is certainly not under-used. It’s callous of NatWest to force longstanding customers to travel much further afield, especially those who are elderly or disabled, or to drive them to Barclays and make this bank harder to use. Not everyone banks online and businesses need local banks for paying in.

As a disabled couple we really appreciate this bank. The nearest other bank has no parking.
