Billie deserves to stay in the property he has lived in for such a long time. He is grieving for his partner and doesn't need more worry and stress.

Get hold of your local councillors , these housing associations work of the council’s housing list and are answerable to them , I was a Councillor and had loads of problems with housing associations but in the end they do what they are told

He should be allowed to stay as moving him would be too much for him to cope with. Surely it will cost more to move him, than change the tenancy to his name. If electoral registers are checked they can see how long he has been living there

I understand how cold and unfeeling the council are with housing issues and everything else!!

Absolutely disgusting they would try to take this mans home after all these years, especially as he is grieving. Witness statements from neighbours should be sufficient evidence.

How unfair to look at kicking a greiving widow out of the home he lived in with his partner, so many happy memories for him.

I hope Billie keeps his home. The housing association should be ashamed of themselves.
