We moved to this town for the small town feel, the safety of our children being able to ride their bike into town with no worry, to see above our neighbors 2 story homes for the gorgeous Mountain View. I know we are considered “the new ones” but apartments won’t be the answer.

Please keep our small town feel as a small town feel . . . 3 story buildings will definitely destroy that feeling.

I would prefer no condos but definitely no 3 story condos. It's unfortunate we have to go to these lengths to ensure that Berthoud "stays farm and stays small". If Berthoud continues to grow, we will no longer be the “Garden Spot of Colorado,” we'll be another ugly, undesirable, over-built city in Colorado. All the mass building will eventually destroy our property values and the quaint, beautiful, small town feel of Berthoud we’ve come to love.

we moved to this town because it was small and quaint. Not because they were going to build three story buildings.

No 3 stories or apartments on Mountain Avenue. What’s the point of an arboretum without that beautiful Mountain View? The town must do more to limit growth and change codes to protect open space, views and improve infrastructure before approving more unwanted properties. Please listen to your residents.

I grew up in Arvada and have seen first hand how too much growth just ruins an area and the infrastructure. Berthoud main charm is is close knit feel and there's so many other cities that people can move to for by for apartments. You're taking away the atmosphere that everyone loves by putting up three story buildings

We don’t need any of this in our town. It’s getting to be pathetic. It was small love community now it’s a large disliked community for the most of it.

Please keep our town small and desirable: no big tall developments to block the views and no large chain businesses. Keep our town unique - it will increase its value tremendously!

Keep Berthoud small. We just completed the identity survey. High rise (3+ story) buildings is in disalignment with our community's vision and identity.

These proposed three story structures violate the established character of the Gateway Park community we live in and love. Plus, without direct access to Mountain, the increased traffic on our street, 13th Street, will be dangerous at best.
Please be mindful of the infrastructure of this town!
