This is an extremely concerning location for introducing additional development, especially when paired with the ongoing Ludlow Farms project. I strongly urge you not to move forward with this proposal.

Please don’t allow anything taller than a two story home. Our community does not have the infrastructure already and big apartment buildings are an eye sore as well blocks the views of surrounding neighborhoods

Please reduce the apartment stories and concentration on the corner of Berthoud Parkway and Mountain. The ways in and out of the neighborhood are already at max capacity.

Please be smart about how our beautiful town is designed. Put businesses on our main streets instead.

No 3 story buildings on Main Street/ mountain ave. This will severely negatively effect the towns beauty but more importantly, Berthoud business owners that already have a hard time on mountain. This will not help Berthoud. Current business owners will be forced out and these people have been keep Berthoud business alive!

There is no need for this complex at all. There are plenty of other options within a small drive time of berthoud if someone absolutely has to work here for whatever reason. Keeping it at two story is a minimum courtesy to all of the current residents of berthoud.

We do not want a 3 story complex with more people in are small town. We already have enough issues with our water situation. We already have problems with our childrens class sizes being too big for our teachers. Let's figure out our water, and school problems first before adding more homes, and apartments.
