None of us want a huge 3 story apartment complex in our neighborhood! The filth, rats and a hundred other problems that come with something like this should bother everyone that lives in Berthoud!

There is no reason for an apartment complex of any size in this area of Berthoud, our towns infrastructure cannot support this increase in population density, including flow of traffic, water and electrical utilities. If there was a petition to stop the building of apartments in favor of single family dwellings that is what I would support.

The approval of 3 level high structures will impede upon our views and impact the small town feel of Berthoud.

Don't ruin the view of the front range. It's a big reason why people bought a house here.

Stop building entirely. Go someplace else that’s already been ruined and put your garbage up there.

Another concern would be if Berthoud Fire has resources to access a third story. It is important to keep Old Town as the focal point. Allowing larger buildings takes away from the folksy charm of our small town.

We moved here from Boulder six years ago. We love the small community and small town feel (as well as the wonderful people, of course!). Please allow Berthoud to keep this same small town feel!

Please keep Berthoud at a 2-story maximum.
Been in Berthoud most of my life. I want to see Berthoud thrive, but I don’t believe it’s necessary to build into our skyline

There should be a limit for all new development, not just on Mountain Avenue. Thanks to poorly written & defined building heights I now have a 48' tall house in my backyard. A new ordinance with a defined total maximum height is necessary to prevent excessive building & home heights.
