Final supporters
The Town's County Commissioner's Office has decided to "restore" Bell Mountain, in Hiawassee, GA. They plan to do this by tearing down the natural beauty the trail riders and hikers have grown to love about the mountain to put in a paved road and observation decks. This is one of the last good places in Northern Georgia to trail ride. The short but difficult path to the top brings 4x4 enthusiasts and hikers alike from all over the region and neighboring states to test their skills. With all of the commercialisation happening all over, help us keep this gorgeous mountain just the way it is in all of its natural glory!

Keep Bell the way it is! As soon as its easily accessible, people will trash the place. Itll be covered in trash, tires ect like many other of these great locations are. quit wasting tax dollars on something that i beautiful the way it is h way nature created it
While it is not a terrible idea, I still think it should be left as is. I think people enjoy bell for the hike and the beauty of the mountaintop as is. If people wish to drive up to a mountaintop and enjoy lookout decks they can do so at Bald.
Young Harris loves Bell Mountain. It is a tradition to go there before you graduate and the beauty is nothing like you could ever experience from and observation deck. Climbing the rocks is also really fun. And there are so many memories up there.
Brass town is beautiful and breathtaking but doesn't not feel like a place created by nature. Bell mountain is an adventure and gives ppl to opportunity to be outside and appreciate our world instead of carving it up with road.
Everyone can enjoy it now! Please don't change it! That would be like paving a rode to the top of blood mountain so "everyone can see it." The public currently has access to it and anyone can hike to the top! Please don't change it!!!
This is a beautiful NATURAL site. I would hate to see it graded and structure built on it. Don't turn this into stone mountain...

Please keep Bell mountain in is natural state. As an avid off-roader I always make sure that I drive where I'm allowed and leave the trail cleaner than when I got there. I have children that love the splendid beauty of the mountain.
